The WLH-SRS2050 is a heavy-duty, multi-functional single-roller metal spinning machine engineered for large-diameter and high-precision forming operations. It is widely used for producing lampshades, reflectors, engine parts, cookware, centrifuge components, dish ends, fan parts, and aerospace/automotive components.
■ Heavy-Duty Capacity: Accommodates a maximum material diameter of up to 2050mm with a robust 100kN tailstock clamping force and 1100mm tailstock travel for secure processing.
■ High Servo Power: Powered by a 35kW main servo motor with substantial axis travel (X-axis: 700mm, Z-axis: 1200mm), guaranteeing dynamic stability and high-torque spinning.
■ Versatile Material Processing: Capability to form various metals—Aluminum/Copper (1–8mm), Carbon Steel (1–6mm), and Stainless Steel (1–4mm).
